Successful Transition to Online Training for Clients
Whilst our offices are currently closed we are working hard to adapt to the new ‘normal’ and are supporting our clients remotely including offering a range of free online training courses.
As well as 1-1 career advice, job search assistance, CV building, application support and interview preparation, clients can complete a variety of online training courses to enhance their CV, including;

- Personal Success & Wellbeing
- Customer Service
- Employability Skills
- Progression to Employment
- Social Media
- Creative Arts & Technology
One of our clients, Martin, is currently remotely completing Social Media. Martin commented,
“I have gained a lot of knowledge on how to use social media to promote your business, which has been a brilliant learning opportunity. Gail taught us carefully and patiently”.
Our tutors have adapted their teaching to facilitate online learning and clients have been giving great feedback. Another client, Jamie, who is completing First Aid for Mental Health and Personal Success & Wellbeing added,
“I have really enjoyed doing these online courses during lockdown as they have given me something to focus on and keep me occupied for a few hours a week. I have found using new software such as Microsoft teams easy to use. The tutors have been excellent in demonstrating their high level of teaching online just as they would if they were in a classroom”.
