Our mission at Network Personnel is to support jobseekers, people who are currently outside the labour market, and employers across Northern Ireland, Cavan, and Monaghan by creating inclusive pathways to work, skills, and opportunity.
We design and deliver employability, training, and employment initiatives that support people across Northern Ireland, Cavan, and Monaghan to move closer to sustainable work. Our services are tailored to individuals who are unemployed, under-represented in the labour market, or preparing to return to employment, helping them build confidence, skills, and work readiness.
Alongside this, we work in partnership with local employers and stakeholders to respond to local labour market needs. By aligning training with real opportunities, we help employers access the talent they need while supporting inclusive economic participation within the communities we serve.
