Network Personnel present Work & Wellbeing Event in Cookstown

Network Personnel recently hosted a successful Work & Wellbeing Event on 12th June at The Burnavon, Cookstown.  The event featured top TV Chef Jenny Bristow who provided attendees with inspirational cooking demonstration.  She narrated this to promote the cycle of eating well to feel well, to help maintain the motivation to deal with the challenges of everyday life.  Various exhibitors from the Cookstown area including CWSAN, Cookstown Volunteer Centre, Lifeline and Workspace were in attendance, providing information on the array of services available in the Mid Ulster area.

Network Personnel staff provided practical advice and guidance around self employment and the options available to assist those currently seeking work.  For those who didn’t get a chance to come along to the event and are keen to get back into employment please do not hesitate to contact Network Personnel on 028 7963 1032 (Magherafelt) or 028 8676 6078 (Cookstown)
