Employment Success For Jonathan

Employment Success For Jonathan

Congratulations are in order for our Community Family Support Programme participant Jonathan who has secured employment with Cullion Developments, a construction company based in Liverpool.

Jonathan had been unemployed for three years when he joined our Community Family Support Programme, following a back injury which meant he was unable to return to work as a joiner. He was keen to get back into employment and was open to developing new skills to ensure he found work.

Jonathan worked with his Employment Coach on an action plan to refresh and utilise his experience of large scale project management. Jonathan completed First Aid training and produced a new CV which emphasised his managerial ability and experience in the construction industry. He also completed interview skills training in order to ensure has was in the best position possible to apply for jobs.

Following a carefully targeted job search and in-depth application support procedure, Jonathan was offered the position at Cullion Developments. He has began his employment and is delighted with his new job and it’s benefits.

We wish Jonathan every success in his new role.

If you are unemployed and would like support and guidance, or help to boost your confidence for interviews, why not give us a call and speak to a member of our Community Family Support Programme team on 028 7963 1032 or email training@networkpersonnel.org.uk
